Product Manager, Agentic Orchestration & Automation

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for an Agentic Orchestration product area, including agent runtime, planning and routing, human-in-the-loop workflows, governance, or process composition.
• Translate advances in reasoning, tool use, and long-horizon planning into practical enterprise features.
• Build an ecosystem of agents, processes, and connectors that customers and partners can share, reuse, and scale.
• Use AI-assisted tools for customer-signal synthesis, specification drafting, prototyping, and evaluations.
• Partner with engineering, product marketing, forward-deployed engineering, customer success, and field teams on positioning and adoption.
• Define metrics such as task success rate, intervention rate, cost per completion, and time to value.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of combined product management and software engineering experience.
• Technical experience shipping products cross-functionally with engineering and applied AI or research teams.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, automation, workflow, iPaaS, or developer platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with frontier models, agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, and MCP, and tool-use or orchestration systems.
• Practical AI literacy, data synthesis skills using SQL or notebooks, and strong customer-research capability.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication across executives, enterprise buyers, engineers, and researchers.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompt engineering, evaluations, or fine-tuning workflows using customer data.
• Background in BPM, RPA, iPaaS, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
• Additional language skills.
