Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $105,000–$115,000 per year, depending on work location, skills, qualifications, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Support and enhance the Salesforce platform, handling product support tickets and administration requests.
• Evaluate functionality requests, configure solutions, and align Salesforce improvements with business goals.
• Manage user roles, permissions, profiles, security settings, and data integrity.
• Manage quote, order, and asset data updates with the Data Operations Lead.
• Maintain audits, data cleanup, reports, and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
• Document workflows and configurations, guide end-users, and use AI and automation tools to improve business processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress toward certification.
• Experience using, testing, validating, and refining AI-generated outputs, including prompt and workflow design.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, data governance, and AI output accuracy and bias.

Nice to have

• Experience with data operations involving quotes, orders, and asset management.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and data governance best practices.
