Supervisor, Scheduling

Location: Hybrid role based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with office attendance at least three days per week. Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required.

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 yearly

What you will do

• Supervise end-to-end crewing for remote sports productions, including sourcing, availability checks, rate negotiation, and hiring freelance technical personnel.
• Coordinate staffing requirements with Technical Managers, Production Managers, and freelance crew across Golf, NASCAR, WNBA, and other productions.
• Oversee accurate crew sheets, onboarding workflows, crewing system data, payroll support, and production logistics communications.
• Manage scheduling changes, call-outs, program updates, and location changes while minimizing operational impact.
• Guide junior staff and coordinators, resolve operational risks in real time, and improve crewing and scheduling workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of technical crew roles and union rules.
• 3+ years of experience in broadcasting, production operations, or a related field; sports broadcast experience is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools; experience with crewing or workforce management systems is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, influencing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, and hold unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
