Producer (Digital Projects)

Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, OR, or Austin, TX. Remote work is available outside key periods, while onsite work 5 days per week is required for approximately 4 months at a time during high-profile product launches and other milestone initiatives.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 base compensation annually.

What you will do

• Manage daily project operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, task assignments, and timeline updates.
• Support the Senior Producer on larger, multi-phase digital website projects.
• Own small to medium-sized projects independently and deliver them on time, within scope, and to client expectations.
• Facilitate client communications and provide regular project updates.
• Track progress, resolve delays or issues, and adjust plans as needed.
• Support quality control and guide Associate Producers to maintain alignment across tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects, ideally in a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
• Hands-on experience with production workflows, resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to work under the direction of Senior Producers while independently managing smaller projects.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week for approximately 4 months during key launches and milestone initiatives.
