Associate Project Manager (Mastering)

Location: 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, California, USA. This position must be performed full-time onsite from an hirify.global-designated worksite.

Salary: $71,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate mastering and restoration projects with Project Managers, Operations, Scheduling, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, budgets, orders, documentation, and billing support.
• Monitor daily activity, communicate updates, and maintain continuity across day, swing/night, and weekend shifts.
• Assist with resource scheduling, client requests, scope changes, issue tracking, and risk escalation.
• Participate in meetings, document decisions, and identify workflow inefficiencies for process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with mastering post-production concepts, technologies, and workflows.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and remain composed in difficult situations.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and ability to learn scheduling and workflow tools quickly.
• Availability for full-time onsite work at an hirify.global-designated worksite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Xytech or ScheduAll knowledge.
• At least 3 years of experience in mastering post-production project management.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
