What you will do
- Lead the technical evaluation stage of complex SaaS and PaaS sales opportunities across the EMEA region.
- Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, training sessions, and technical workshops with Sales Executives.
- Define CRM and BPM solution strategies and create customized demos, technical proof of concepts, RFP responses, and proposals.
- Support partners with product-roadmap communication and sales strategies based on platform capabilities.
- Present proposed solutions to C-level audiences and participate in deal-win and regional development strategies.
- Analyze competitors and communicate customer requirements to Product Management, R&D, and Sales Enablement teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Presales professional in the SaaS or PaaS industry, including complex deals, custom demos, and POCs.
- Experience with CRM, BPM, ERP, HCM, or no-code/low-code platforms.
- Technical depth in RFI/RFP responses, application and web servers, databases, production environments, and modern web or enterprise development systems.
- Experience working with C-level client stakeholders and translating customer requirements for Product Management teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, strategic problem-solving, and competitor-analysis skills.
- Fluent English required; willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Nice to have
- Recent hands-on programming experience in modern web or enterprise development systems.
- Familiarity with application servers, web servers, databases, and production environments.
