Senior Solution Consultant (AI)

Base salary: $112,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with account executives on technical strategy and the sales process for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify critical business needs beyond product features.
• Design and deliver tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations focused on customer pain points.
• Execute proof-of-concept workshops in customer contexts.
• Coordinate specialist, product, customer success, and partner teams to develop complex multi-product opportunities.
• Build multi-year technology visions and roadmaps with customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or business transformation, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience owning technical sales processes, including account strategy, discovery, demonstrations, solution roadmaps, and technical validation.
• Strong value-based selling, storytelling, problem-solving, and public-speaking skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, generative AI, agentic frameworks, machine learning, and data integration.
• Experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Workforce, or Sales Performance.
• Familiarity with EPM, CPM, BI, or ERP systems is an asset.
