Solutions Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite five days a week

hirify.global is a cybersecurity startup developing protection against AI-powered cyberattacks, including deepfakes, smishing, and AI-powered voice scams.

What you will do

• Run proof-of-concept evaluations and provide hands-on technical support to prospects.
• Answer product and technical questions during prospect calls.
• Act as the technical liaison between prospects and Engineering and Product teams.
• Surface prospect requirements, feedback, and issues to help shape the product roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Leadership to improve prospect-facing tools and processes.
• Manage response quality, timelines, and prospect satisfaction throughout evaluations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to communicate credibly with security, IT, and technical buyers.
• Experience managing structured evaluations, timelines, and prospect expectations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with Engineering to resolve them.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
