Field Service Technician

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Local and overnight travel is required.

Salary: $24.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional, customer-facing service to hirify.global customers.
• Evaluate hirify.global products during on-site visits and perform service work as needed.
• Use basic power tools, including hand polishers and seam setters.
• Document visit findings and communicate service solutions to the Regional Product Representative.
• Maintain tools, supplies, assets, and the branded company vehicle.
• Follow and promote hirify.global safety standards while handling assigned projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of field service or trade experience preferred.
• Customer-focused experience with strong interpersonal, verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, technical documents, and tape measures; familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
• Accurate color perception and ability to operate an iPhone.
• Valid driver’s license and successful motor vehicle background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods, and stand, bend, and twist during service work.
