Logistics Coordinator (CPG & Manufacturing)

hirify.global supports a growing CPG and manufacturing business with supply chain and operational logistics coordination.

What you will do

• Coordinate the supply chain from raw material sourcing through production, freight, fulfillment, and 3PL handoffs.
• Create and track purchase orders, invoices, payments, shipping documentation, bills of lading, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, freight providers, customs brokers, carriers, and fulfillment partners.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries, track ocean and air freight, and proactively identify delays or shipment risks.
• Monitor production timelines, raw material requirements, and finished-goods movement to fulfillment locations.
• Maintain organized records, assist with bookkeeping and intercompany paperwork, and reduce day-to-day logistics coordination required from the founder.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, operations, manufacturing, freight, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors or external partners.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoices, shipping documentation, or similar operational paperwork.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, organization, project-management skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and business software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and proactively solve changing operational problems.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, manufacturing, co-packing, or wholesale.
• International logistics, ocean freight/LCL, customs broker, or Asia supplier experience.
• Experience with FreightOS, ClearIt, 3PLs, or freight and customs platforms.
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience.
