Supply Chain Manager (GPU Infrastructure)

Location: United Kingdom; remote or hybrid working arrangements are available depending on the role and location.

GPU cloud and AI infrastructure business operating a self-serve cloud platform for high-performance AI, HPC, and compute-intensive workloads.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery schedule for infrastructure hardware supporting the GPU deployment pipeline.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with hardware vendors and OEMs supplying switches, cabling, optics, and racks.
• Track vendor performance, identify delivery risks, and escalate slippage before it affects deployment schedules.
• Design and implement supply chain tracking processes and tooling from scratch.
• Coordinate purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and invoicing with Finance and OEM contacts.
• Work with the Technical Program Manager while independently owning transactional vendor management and reporting schedule impact to leadership and Engineering.

Requirements

• Background in infrastructure supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Direct experience managing OEM vendor relationships.
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment without established tools, processes, or playbooks.
• Ability to own transactional, day-to-day vendor management alongside a broader TPM-led relationship structure.
• Track record of building supply chain processes and tooling from the ground up.
• Data-centre experience with switches, cabling, optics, and racks is valued; GPU or HPC experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in neo-cloud, colocation, or hyperscale operator environments.
• Experience operating in a high-volume, high-traffic hardware environment.
• GPU- or HPC-specific supply chain experience.
