Delivery Manager (Biomechanics)

Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office in Basingstoke, London or Bristol, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Coordinate delivery across multiple biomechanics products and sports initiatives.
• Maintain roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery health, escalating issues with mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate priorities and communication across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
• Improve Agile delivery practices, collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience supporting software, technical, or product delivery in a technology environment.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar planning and collaboration tools.
• Strong organisational, planning, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working alongside engineering or technical teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Basingstoke, London, or Bristol office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to sports technology or biomechanics.
• Experience working across multiple technical teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Sports Science, Biomechanics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
