Technical Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of complex technology transformation programmes across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and business teams.
• Create integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, sequencing, critical paths and cross-squad requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues and decisions, driving mitigation, escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate programme-level planning, prioritisation, release readiness, implementation and migration activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums and align Product, Engineering, Data, Operations and third-party partners.
• Provide evidence-based reporting on progress, delivery risks, milestones and forecast confidence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large, complex cross-functional technology programmes.
• Strong technical understanding and experience working credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams in a modern Agile software and product delivery environment.
• Strong programme planning, dependency management, critical-path management, risk management and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and communicate complex delivery information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, modern delivery planning and reporting tools, and third-party technology partners.

• Experience delivering major platform modernisation, technology transformation or migration programmes.
