Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

Salary: £72,702–£80,780 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-organisational initiatives spanning multiple teams and third-party partners.
• Align business and technology teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery reporting.
• Balance speed, quality, scalability, reliability, and customer impact.
• Apply and improve delivery frameworks across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
• Support continuous improvement and coach teams on delivery best practices.

Requirements

• Strong project and delivery management experience across complex programmes and workstreams in financial services or banking.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional delivery across business, product, and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering initiatives involving multiple teams and third-party partners.
• Knowledge of project governance, reporting, risk management, and dependency management.
• Experience driving delivery quality, scalability, and reliability across technology initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or high-growth technology organisations.
• Knowledge of modern product development and customer-centric delivery practices.
• Experience supporting organisational transformation or change initiatives.
• Exposure to cloud technology environments and digital product delivery.
• Agile, Scrum, or project management certifications.
