Associate Product Manager (AI Agentic Modernization)

Location: Dallas, United States; minimum 25% travel for client engagements, team collaboration, and on-site delivery activities

Salary: $92,040–$174,840 annually in the U.S.; regional ranges may vary. Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of an Agentic Modernization platform for enterprise AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Translate customer and business needs into requirements for secure, scalable, enterprise-grade platform capabilities.
• Gather requirements and coordinate feature development with AI engineers, platform teams, UX designers, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists.
• Maintain and groom assigned backlog areas and support release planning, feature prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Support platform adoption by documenting capabilities for creating, deploying, monitoring, and governing AI agents.
• Track adoption, deployment activity, customer feedback, and requests from solution engineering, client, account, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of software product development and agile delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or agentic technology concepts, including cloud and LLM providers.
• Ability to identify scalable market needs, demonstrate platforms to providers, executives, and clients, gather feedback, and work with Engineering on delivery.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and support security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise modernization across applications, cloud, mainframe, or network and edge environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog and roadmap tools.
• Internship or project experience in technology product management.
• Coursework, certification, or hands-on exposure to AI or agentic platforms.
