.NET Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure and reliable software.
• Develop and support C#/.NET backend services and APIs in an event-driven microservices architecture.
• Build integrations between systems using APIs and asynchronous events.
• Work with PostgreSQL, data access patterns, and AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and EC2.
• Contribute to Blazor and MudBlazor UI components, technical planning, peer reviews, and documentation.
• Investigate defects and incidents, support production issues, and use approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building production applications with C# and .NET.
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, event-driven systems, asynchronous messaging, or service-based architectures.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, service-to-service communication, relational databases, and preferably PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of automated testing, source control, code reviews, and software quality practices.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and break development work into clear technical tasks.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, BFF patterns, AWS, PostgreSQL in production, Blazor, or MudBlazor.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, observability, logging, and monitoring in distributed systems.
• Exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, secure coding, and resilient application development.
