TL;DR
Senior Associate - .NET (.NET/Azure): Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications and services in Pune with an accent on technical leadership, performance optimization, security, and resilient architecture. Focus on guiding development teams, resolving complex production issues, modernizing platforms, and supporting microservices, cloud integrations, and CI/CD practices.

What you will do
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution specifications.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex application components and services using .NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, XML, and APIs.
- Lead architecture decisions, performance tuning, security hardening, code refactoring, and modernization initiatives.
- Review code, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support application stability and SLAs.
- Coordinate with architects and global stakeholders on requirements, sprint planning, deployments, releases, and platform evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience.
- Deep expertise in VB.NET or C#, SQL Server, XML, APIs, and multi-tier application design.
- Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Azure technologies, including App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL, or Azure SQL.
- Experience with microservices, containers, or integration frameworks, along with strong production troubleshooting and technical leadership skills.
