Full Stack AI Engineer, Fronted Oriented (Top Talent Program)

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end products across backend, web, Android, and iOS.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs with Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, and high-concurrency applications.
• Develop modern web applications with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or Vue.js, and contribute to Android or iOS applications with Kotlin or Swift.
• Design and integrate AI-powered features, AI agents, LLM workflows, RAG, tool calling, workflow automation, and external API integrations.
• Own features from requirements and system design through development, testing, deployment, and production optimization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams while contributing to code reviews, reliability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development skills.
• Strong expertise in at least one core area: Java/Spring Boot backend, React/TypeScript web development, Android/Kotlin, or iOS/Swift.
• Hands-on experience across at least two technology layers and production-grade applications, APIs, or distributed systems.
• Understanding of system design, API design, databases, testing, debugging, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with LLM applications, AI agents, generative AI, or AI-assisted engineering is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-agent systems, LLM API integration, agent orchestration, AI workflow automation, LLM evaluation, or AI-assisted software development.
