Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX, New York City, NY, or Salt Lake City, UT; two days per week in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays

What you will do

• Build systems for parsing, standardizing, and moving complex financial data.
• Develop client-facing, mission-critical features across the full stack.
• Use AI and LLM technologies responsibly to automate document review and data verification workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Leadership, and Tech Leads to define scope and shape the roadmap.
• Build internal tools that improve team productivity and delivery velocity.
• Participate in cross-functional delivery and validate client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Expertise with Python and Flask, TypeScript and React, Tailwind CSS, data warehouses, and data or AI tooling, or similar technologies.
• Experience participating in a rotating on-call shift and resolving production issues.
• Practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, including responsible production use.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, rapid prototyping, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives through completion.

Nice to have

• Strong database, data warehouse, and data integrity experience.
• Experience with auditability, version control, and change tracking for critical datasets.
