TL;DR
Senior Full-Stack Platform Engineer (Agentic AI) (TypeScript/Node.js/React): Building and operating complex enterprise AI products end-to-end, from UX/UI and architecture through backend services, data models, integrations, deployment, and production with an accent on agentic development, scalable web architecture, and reliable user experiences. Focus on evaluating AI models and coding agents, designing orchestration and context-management workflows, and solving challenges in scalability, security, authorization, data integrity, and failure recovery.
Location: Jerusalem, Israel; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Own and evolve complex enterprise AI products from requirements and user experience through implementation and production operation.
- Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions, including frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data models, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
- Lead the adoption of agent-led development across discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, and delivery.
- Evaluate and apply AI models, coding agents, tool calling, context management, and orchestration techniques.
- Make architectural decisions covering scalability, reliability, security, authorization, data integrity, and failure recovery.
- Maintain production systems and collaborate with users, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing complex, production-grade full-stack systems.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, API development, and modern web architecture.
- Experience owning products and technical solutions end-to-end, including UX/UI, backend, frontend, data, integrations, and production operation.
- Practical understanding of Large Language Models, coding agents, agentic workflows, tool use, context management, and AI-assisted software development.
- Fluent English, strong system-design and troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience building or operating production LLM applications and agent orchestration systems.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, and observability.
- Experience integrating enterprise services, identity systems, and external APIs.
