Principal, Real World Commercial Analytics - Pharma & Healthcare

What you will do

• Build and expand relationships with pharmaceutical clients and affiliate or headquarters accounts in Germany.
• Advise clients on patient-care questions and coordinate comprehensive support with account teams.
• Identify opportunities and design end-to-end solutions using Real World Data and other hirify.global data sources.
• Lead multiple client engagements as Principal-in-Charge, managing quality, timelines, budgets, and delivery excellence.
• Own sales processes, account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and internal planning.
• Drive innovation, portfolio development, business-unit strategy, and team performance across the international Real World community.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, health economics, natural sciences, medicine, or a related discipline.
• Extensive pharmaceutical or healthcare-sector expertise with strong service and solution orientation.
• Extensive Real World Data expertise, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes.
• Hands-on experience with sell-and-delivery approaches, project design and management, business development, and client support.
• Strong issue-based consulting, conceptual, relationship-building, communication, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Outstanding written and spoken German and English are required.
