Clinical Supervisor (Substance Use Disorder Treatment)

Location: On-site in Johnston or Westerly, Rhode Island, USA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Salary: $78,0000–$82,000 per year plus bonus structure.

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, coaching, and supervision to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions and complete required counseling documentation.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee case management, coordinated care, community-provider collaboration, and crisis response.
• Lead peer chart reviews, monitor clinical service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead supervision and treatment team meetings, deliver training, and support counselors’ licensure and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• LPC, LCDP, or LCSW license in the state of Rhode Island.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment, counseling techniques, and treatment planning.
• Ability to comply with federal and state certification, licensure, and degree regulations.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Experience with electronic documentation and basic computer proficiency.
