Implementation Consultant (ERP)

Location: Remote (US), with up to 60% travel

hirify.global provides Spruce ERP, a platform for lumberyards and building materials suppliers that unifies point of sale, inventory, purchasing, delivery, accounting, and reporting.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects for new customers and serve as the primary customer contact.
• Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, workshops, and business process analysis.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and configure Spruce ERP based on documented customer requirements.
• Support data migration, testing, concept validation, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation.
• Provide post-go-live consulting, maintain project documentation, and track activities and time.
• Identify risks, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects within scope, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience or working knowledge of the lumber and building materials industry.
• Experience implementing ERP or business software and understanding of implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work remotely in the US and travel up to 60%.
