Business Consultant Sr, Salesforce Agency Management (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid work in Woodland Hills, California; Nashville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Norfolk, Virginia; Las Vegas, Nevada; or St. Louis, Missouri. Associates must work in-office 1–2 days per week and live within commuting distance of a listed office.

Salary: $96,480–$166,428 annually for roles in California, Nevada, and Virginia.

What you will do

• Translate complex and varied business needs into application software requirements.
• Analyze, design, and refine solutions aligned with strategic objectives and business value.
• Lead analysts and complex, high-impact projects when required.
• Prioritize requirements, monitor capabilities, identify risks, and escalate impediments.
• Coordinate business priorities across Agile Release Trains and large-scale initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to align roadmaps and solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of business analysis experience, including analysis, project management, and working knowledge of mainframe computers, hardware, and operating systems, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills.
• Salesforce experience with development and Salesforce instances is preferred.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Medicare sales processes and regulations is preferred.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization based on business value and customer needs is preferred.
• This position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Agile PM/PO certification and knowledge of Agile SAFe.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Sheets.
• Exposure to AI tools including ChatGPT, generative AI, Copilot, or Spark.
• Experience using Adobe Suite.
