Graduate Strategic Finance Analyst (AI)

Location: London-based, hybrid. Full-time employees are expected to spend 60% of their time in the office or on-site with clients.

What you will do

• Support FP&A, management reporting, financial modelling, strategic analysis, and dashboarding.
• Use data to answer business questions and communicate key messages clearly.
• Build tools and dashboards that improve financial and business decision-making.
• Contribute to finance transformation and wider business projects, potentially including M&A-related work.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and colleagues across the wider business.

Requirements

• Must be London-based and able to work in a hybrid arrangement.
• Strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics, business, mathematics, data analytics, computer science, or another analytical discipline.
• Commitment to completing the CIMA professional qualification as part of the graduate programme.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability, commercial curiosity, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and interest in Power BI, data visualisation, business intelligence, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across recurring finance activities and project-based work.

Nice to have

• Internship, placement, university project, or other exposure to finance, FP&A, commercial analysis, consulting, or data analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Experience with larger datasets or tools such as Power Query, SQL, or Python.
• Practical use of generative AI for research, analysis, automation, or productivity.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, digital transformation, corporate finance, transactions, or M&A.
