What you will do

• Build and maintain the core integrated three-statement and operating financial models, including accounting logic, scenarios, sensitivities, and budgets.
• Develop acquisition valuations, due-diligence models, pro-forma projections, and consolidated views for completed acquisitions.
• Drive the financial substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Analyze financial and SaaS metric movements, identify operating drivers, and model relevant levers and downside cases.
• Apply AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring workflows while maintaining data validation and financial judgment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models, underlying accounting, SaaS revenue recognition, and cost treatment.
• Experience with bottom-up forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Knowledge of acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics.
• In-depth understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, operating levers, and commercial business performance.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, AI, and automation for financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously, own model accuracy and assumptions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
