Project Manager (Network Video)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-based R&D role

What you will do

• Lead product development projects from initial ideas through conceptual design, execution, industrialization, and handover to volume production.
• Manage two to three projects in parallel, including planning, risk mitigation, progress tracking, scheduling, and dependency management.
• Work with the Product Owner to refine product ideas, requirements, and specifications.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and drive technical decision-making.
• Advocate for project goals, follow up on tollgate deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience leading product development projects involving software, electronics, and mechanics.
• Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguous, growing-site environments and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrialization and handover to volume production.
