Project Manager: Data Center Delivery, Sweden (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead data center projects from site inception and design through procurement, construction, and final commissioning.
• Manage a portfolio combining large-scale greenfield builds with fast-paced colocation fit-outs.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, general contractors, and colocation providers.
• Oversee white-space infrastructure, including power strips, overhead busways, containment systems, and liquid cooling manifolds.
• Manage delivery risks and multi-million-dollar capital budgets.
• Lead site walks and integrated system testing across MEP and CSA packages while developing repeatable deployment playbooks and handover templates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers, semiconductors, or pharma.
• Solid knowledge of data center power distribution, high-density air and liquid cooling, and structured cabling.
• Ability to manage construction delivery, vendor coordination, risk, budgets, quality, and safety.
• Adaptive problem-solving, clear communication of technical risks, holistic systems thinking, and a high-ownership collaboration style.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a hybrid setup in Sweden.
