Aftermarket Project Management

What you will do

• Manage an aftermarket sub-project within production, covering spare parts, repairs, obsolescence management, sourcing, and manufacturing according to customer contracts.
• Plan, manage, and follow up activities with the project team to meet customer demands, milestones, schedules, and cost targets.
• Create and maintain activity and resource plans in Antura.
• Prepare monthly status reports covering overall progress, risks, costs, and schedule deviations.
• Coordinate dependencies and deliveries with project managers and other sub-projects.
• Communicate risks, delays, cost transfers, and mitigation measures while supporting an effective team environment.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in sub-project management within production or aftermarket operations.
• Coaching leadership skills and an ability to build motivated, effective teams.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with employees, support functions, project managers, and customers.
• Results-oriented approach focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Ability to promote an open, trusting, and innovative working climate.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
