Project Manager (Medical Equipment)

Location: Customer sites and company locations; willingness and ability to travel up to 60%, including domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementation projects from planning through completion and handover to Service.
• Act as the primary customer contact and manage relationships with customers, distributors, and external partners.
• Develop project plans, budgets, forecasts, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams, shipments, installations, site readiness assessments, inspections, drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, risks, issues, revenue forecasts, and corrective actions.
• Improve project management processes, support tenders and proposals, and share best practices with other Project Managers.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, ideally in high-tech, construction, software, capital equipment, or medical equipment environments.
• Experience managing complex customer implementations and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings, with basic AutoCAD knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, including Excel and MS Project; excellent written and verbal English is required.

• Basic knowledge of radiation protection regulations.
• Experience with hirify.global products.
• Arabic language skills.
