What you will do

• Build and ship AI features end-to-end, from model selection to user experience.
• Design and iterate on prompts, tools, memory, and agent workflows.
• Transform raw model outputs into structured, reliable, and predictable behaviors.
• Debug issues across the full stack, including orchestration, infrastructure, and UX.
• Optimize systems for latency, cost, and production reliability.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI-style APIs, LLaMA, Qwen) and inference serving (e.g., vLLM).
• Knowledge of Vector DBs and modern neural network architectures.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models in production.
• Ability to write clean, production-quality code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward shipping and iteration.
