Salesforce Product Owner (Salesforce): Driving client value delivery by translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes with an accent on client advisory, product strategy, and Agile delivery. Focus on aligning stakeholders, defining acceptance criteria, validating Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360 solutions, and improving adoption through data-driven decisions.
Location: Remote from Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, or Montenegro in Europe

What you will do
- Own value delivery for clients and their end customers as the primary client-facing product partner.
- Lead discovery sessions, clarify business objectives and success metrics, and translate client needs into actionable requirements.
- Define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize initiatives by value, impact, risk, and effort, and challenge scope where needed.
- Own and prioritize the Agile product backlog while facilitating refinement, planning, demos, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, business stakeholders, and leadership to define quality solutions and align priorities.
- Support presales, solution design, client roadmap discussions, and product and delivery best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills in English.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360.
- Ability to present options, trade-offs, and recommendations with a customer- and outcome-focused approach.

- Product or solution experience in any industry.
- Marketing, insights, analytics, or product experience.
- Product management or consulting experience.
- QA knowledge or prior developer experience.
- A technical, business, or related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
