Salesforce Product Owner (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own client-facing product outcomes, build trust, and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate client needs into actionable requirements, delivery milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Define product vision and roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and manage the Agile product backlog.
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, clients, and leadership to define acceptance criteria and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate refinement, planning, demos, acceptance testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support presales, solution design, client-specific roadmaps, and product and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Owner experience, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong client-facing communication and facilitation skills in English.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum environments.
• Strategic thinking, execution focus, analytical skills, business acumen, and an outcome-focused mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360.

Nice to have

• Product or solution experience in any industry.
• Marketing, insights, analytics, product management, or consulting experience.
• QA knowledge or prior developer experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• Familiarity with high tech, hospitality, fintech, healthcare, or life sciences.
