Junior Product Developer for Sleep & Bath Textile Products at HOME

What you will do

• Support the Product Developer with daily component and product development activities.
• Organize and execute development processes in collaboration with production teams around the world.
• Take main responsibility for developing new colors for the basic range with the Assortment Designer and Product Manager.
• Track timelines and manage labdip and sample development.
• Update artworks and contribute to meaningful growth and profitability in the department.

Requirements

• Degree in textiles, product development, buying, retail business, or a similar field.
• Experience with commercial textile product and component development, preferably woven products.
• Knowledge and experience with PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator.
• Creative, curious, independent, solution-oriented, and interested in interior design and trends.
• Strong administrative, organizational, prioritization, communication, commercial, and sales skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility.

• Experience developing homeware products.
