Senior Product Manager (Cards & TopUps)

Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Aarhus, or Copenhagen; four days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own the Cards & TopUps roadmap from discovery through launch.
• Define and prioritize features that make card payments simpler, safer, and more rewarding.
• Use customer insight and data to create a clear, prioritized backlog.
• Partner with commercial, risk, and compliance teams to launch card propositions across the Nordics.
• Drive outcome-oriented roadmap execution and iterate based on customer behavior and product results.

Requirements

• Solid Product Manager experience with cards, payments, or another regulated consumer fintech product.
• Track record of shipping improvements that affected engagement, adoption, or revenue metrics.
• Experience working closely with engineering on complex technical products and translating technical trade-offs into product decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial, risk, and compliance priorities.
• Structured, data-informed prioritization and the ability to move quickly when needed.
• Availability to work from Stockholm, Aarhus, or Copenhagen, with four office days per week.
