Product Manager Personal Safety (IoT)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle of a portfolio covering cloud-based incident response, personal alarms, positioning, dispatch and communication solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market insight and technical opportunities into product priorities and clear requirements.
• Own user experience across apps, alarm-handling interfaces and customer workflows, collaborating with UX, R&D and real users.
• Lead product launches with Sales, Marketing, Operations and country teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing and sales enablement.
• Support expansion in the UK and Germany, including regulatory and compliance requirements such as Martyn's Law.
• Track revenue, margin, adoption, recurring revenue, hardware margin and total cost of ownership while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership or a similar B2B technology role.
• Experience with technically complex products or services, connected hardware, software and cloud platforms.
• Experience with subscription- or platform-based services, product lifecycle management and taking products from development to market.
• Strong product, commercial and user-experience judgment, with the ability to work across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations and international teams.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Eligibility to work in Sweden is required.

Nice to have

• Professional Swedish or another Nordic language.
• Experience in IoT connectivity, SaaS, telecom, personal safety, alarms or security.
• Familiarity with European alarm and personal safety standards, including EN 50136, BS 8484 or DGUV requirements.
• Experience working across European markets, including the UK or Germany.
