Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Based in Stockholm, Aarhus, or Copenhagen; four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Moonrise, an enterprise banking offering.
• Partner with sister products and banking foundation teams to deliver the dedicated Moonrise roadmap.
• Speak with business customers to understand financial-management challenges and translate insights into product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering and design to ship features for enterprise customers.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and trade-offs.
• Align the product roadmap with sales and commercial positioning.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager or entrepreneur.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise software, ideally in banking or fintech.
• Experience building products for large enterprise customers and understanding enterprise buying and usage patterns.
• Ability to own a product end-to-end in a fast-moving, developing product area.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, sales, and commercial functions.
• Ability to make rigorous, data-informed decisions with incomplete information.
