Product Manager Intern

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid setup with at least 2 days per week in the office

Salary: 10,000 SEK per month

What you will do

• Own discovery for defined workforce compliance problems by speaking with customers and users, gathering evidence, and making actionable recommendations.
• Define and deliver a small product feature from problem framing and specification through collaboration with engineering and design to launch.
• Build a usage picture for part of the compliance product, identify breakdowns, and inform prioritisation.
• Participate in stand-ups, refinement, planning, demos, and other squad activities.
• Develop practical knowledge of labour law logic, collective agreements, and customer operations.

Requirements

• Ability to break broad, ambiguous problems into actionable starting points.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with exceptions and complex rule systems.
• Evidence-based approach, including asking questions, reviewing data, and changing direction when appropriate.
• Ability to explain findings clearly to experienced stakeholders.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Currently studying or recently graduated, with availability for a six-month full-time internship in Stockholm.

Nice to have

• Exposure to workforce scheduling, payroll, HR, or labour law, including shift-based work experience.
• Experience turning data into recommendations through a thesis, student project, or part-time role.
• Experience building or shipping something collaboratively.
• Comfort using AI tools to work faster and improve thinking.
