Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers for assigned regions and provider groups.
• Lead provider recruitment and negotiate complete, accurate network participation contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with corporate, health plan, and state guidelines.
• Coordinate provider setup and contract configuration to support accurate claims adjudication.
• Identify potential providers based on geographic and specialty needs and maintain the provider database.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, provider relations, or a hospital or physician office/group setting.
• Working knowledge of state and/or federal healthcare programs such as Medicaid and Medicare is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
