Senior Associate Contract Solutions Lawyer (Legal Tech)

Location: Sandy, Utah; Denver, Colorado; or Seattle, Washington

Salary: $119,000–$148,750 in Denver; $112,000–$140,000 in Sandy; $133,000–$166,250 in Seattle. Equity and benefits are included for full-time roles.

What you will do

• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
• Act as the primary day-to-day legal contact for investment funds and asset manager clients.
• Maintain and update client playbooks to support consistent, high-quality negotiations.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals while reviewing their work.
• Improve hirify.global’s legal technology suite and identify opportunities to use AI-backed tools, including Ava.

Requirements

• 4+ years of post-law-school corporate or transactional legal experience.
• Independent experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts such as NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
• Experience working with asset managers, investment banks, or other financial services firms.
• Law degree and a license to practice law in the US or Canada.
• Strong client communication skills, commercial judgment, adaptability, and ownership of work.
• Comfort using legal technology and AI tools; experience with HighQ is relevant.
