What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to breast oncology clinicians, faculty, department staff, and leadership.
  • Manage phones, mail, office supplies, resource calendars, work orders, meetings, and team schedules.
  • Support patient and clinical staff scheduling and communicate with internal and external collaborators.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Process P-Card reconciliations, expense reports, vendor payments, invoices, and office supply orders.
  • Coordinate travel and represent the department for visitors, external groups, and collaborators while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good written and oral communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and follow through.
  • Availability for 2–3 onsite days per week in Boston; patient contact may be required.
