Salary: $76,750–$96,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide leadership for assigned Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience departments and support overall club operations.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and develop team members while supporting succession planning and performance management.
• Plan labor schedules, manage inventory and shrink, drive sales performance, and use reporting tools to identify opportunities.
• Maintain member service, GOLD, GAA, and LAST standards while resolving member concerns and supporting a premium shopping experience.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, OSHA, RIST, cold chain, audit, equipment, and operational readiness requirements are met.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned and provide cross-functional leadership across club departments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large and cross-functional teams, develop talent, communicate effectively, and drive results.
• Knowledge of shrink control, merchandising, customer service, conflict resolution, store operations, and basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Must obtain and maintain ServSafe food safety certification.
• Forklift operation and open-shift availability are required; regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
• At least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or college degree is preferred.
