What you will do

• Assist the Store Manager with staffing, scheduling, inventory, labor management, customer service, and daily store operations.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop team members to support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Maintain hirify.global standards for product quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with cash handling, banking, expense monitoring, pizza preparation, and delivery-related duties.

• Basic math and computer skills.
