District Manager

Annual compensation: $100,000–$116,000

What you will do

• Lead, recruit, coach, and retain customer-facing frontline employees across multiple locations.
• Drive customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence throughout the district.
• Manage physical assets, maintenance systems, vendors, cleaning standards, and facility conditions.
• Oversee delinquent tenant processes and auctions while improving retention and reducing delinquency.
• Conduct monthly property audits and ensure operational and safety standards are met.
• Use analytics to identify trends and implement strategies to grow the business.

Requirements

• Leadership experience developing and retaining high-performing teams in retail, service, hospitality, or a related industry.
• Experience with operational audits and payroll budgets.
• Strong communication and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to relocate for future lateral and promotional opportunities is very important. Weekend telephone availability, six peak-season work weekends per year, and occasional travel to other markets are required.
