Supply Chain Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage supply chain processes, solutions, planning, and forecasting.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor planned versus actual results, and present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline integrated supply chain processes.
• Support global supply chain system implementation, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Develop key users and subject-matter experts, including backups and cross-functional capabilities.
• Support manufacturing plants with root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, audit compliance, and process technology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials, or logistics.
• At least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with supply chain process flows, materials management systems, performance metrics, and operational problem resolution.
