Process Improvement Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend work.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop, prioritize, and execute enterprise-wide process improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma, PDSA, or similar methodologies.
• Support process engineering maintenance plans and train functional teams to improve operational effectiveness.
• Collect, monitor, and evaluate project performance metrics and prepare status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement teams using the DMAIC roadmap or similar improvement processes.
• Identify process design and implementation gaps and communicate findings to upper management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Working knowledge of process mapping, process design, statistical applications, and project management software.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and primarily follow an 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday schedule.

Nice to have

• CAPM-PMI certification.
