Personal Travel Concierge (Luxury Travel)

Salary: $80,000–$150,000 annually, base plus commission

What you will do

• Recommend yacht itineraries, onboard experiences, shore excursions, and related travel services.
• Make 75–100 daily outbound follow-up calls to qualified guests and handle inbound sales calls.
• Answer questions about destinations, amenities, pricing, reservations, and booking procedures.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on every lead.
• Provide personalized, white-glove service and real-time support throughout the guest journey.
• Increase revenue by offering travel protection, air and hotel services, excursions, and other ancillary products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in a high-end travel or sales environment.
• Proven success exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions in a call center environment.
• Strong written, verbal, persuasive, and relationship-building communication skills.
• Comfort with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and reservation systems.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and public-holiday shifts, with a dedicated home office, wired high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps, and a quiet workspace.

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
