Agent - Air Gateway (Air Warehouse)

Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport Office, Free Zone, Bangphli, Samut Prakarn Province, Thailand

A Fortune 500 logistics company providing air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing, distribution, and integrated information systems through a global network.

What you will do

• Oversee warehouse operations and allocate internal and contracted manpower to maintain efficient service.
• Improve gateway processes and system usage in line with company requirements.
• Reserve airline capacity according to company strategies and customer demands.
• Coordinate shipment status updates with Customer Service and Operations teams and adjust consolidation planning when needed.
• Monitor shipment tracking and tracing and communicate irregularities to carriers and service providers.
• Enforce company policies and take on additional assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or the carrier industry.
• Experience with airport operations, customs, consolidation planning, and cargo consolidation.
• Good written and spoken English and Thai are required.
• Problem-solving, business analysis, communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis.
