What you will do
- Assist the Project Manager in delivering small- to large-scale capital design and construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal and external architects and engineers.
- Interface with clients, construction managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Support projects involving existing-building renovations, retrofits, and new construction.
- Manage multiple tasks using business and personnel management skills.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent job experience.
- 0–3 years of demonstrated success in document control and project controls, preferably in a design firm setting.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office and PDF software.
- Proficiency with traditional project controls database tools and methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication and exceptional time management skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects.
