What you will do

• Oversee programmatic activities and day-to-day operations for workforce development projects.
• Review, implement, and report on programs to ensure contractual and compliance requirements are met.
• Analyze processes, define operational goals, and optimize performance and productivity.
• Prioritize assignments, adapt service delivery, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
• Review staff performance, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate operational training.
• Facilitate partner meetings and contribute to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Related bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Experience organizing, planning, and developing program operations at a supervisory level.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of operational units.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies related to welfare and workforce programs.
• Demonstrated customer service, leadership, interpersonal, and human resource management skills.
